A BB gun isn't a firearm. Idiots.

Yeah. Gun safety is too dangerous to teach. Cant we say the same for Sex
Ed?

I would guess someone could disarm the BB guns so they are nothing more than
a long chunk of metal, thus making them safe to take to the show. I would
sure hate for common sense to get in someone's way.

I built a functioning guillotine during my sophomore year of high
school. We demonstrated it twice.. once with a watermelon and once on a
Cabbage Patch Doll. Each was executed quickly and without undue pain.

In 2005, if a high school sophomore drew up such a thing, he'd be
expelled before he could even price the wood.

Did your leg hurt when your knee flew up in the air like that?
I didn't say anything about gun safety. Only that the dumn kid should have
thought to checkout if the project would be okay.

Schools tend to frown on any sort of gun, bb or non-bb, being brought to
school. For a project or otherwise.
