#1: Re: Corrales - Casamayor III?

Gary,
AND... Castillo would DUST Corrales again, certainly at 140...
Castillo's dietary weakness is the best thing that ever happened to
Corrales... sure he lost a million but he'd have been wrecked if they
had got back in together...

> >I was surprised to hear Corrales balking on this one tonight. If he
> > doesn't want to move up to 140 this year, why not make some "easy"
> > money in the meantime?
> >
> > Of course Corrales deserves some time off after training for the
> > failed Castillo fight,
>
> He's had a month off already. While he did train for a fight, he did not
> have to go through the punishment of having been in one. It looked to me as
> if Corrales has put on plenty of weight in the last month for him to be
> thinking strongly about getting his butt into the gym and doing some
> "push-offs" at the dinner table.

Maybe if Castillo had actually made weight, Diego would've won.

Hello?

what he told me, there were some personal issues between him and

Hi Mel... how have you been?

I hear you on Corrales... I am one of those guys that have always seen
him in terms of the glass half empty... admittedly it's a personal view
to be sure... and he's been down a lot in his career... that first
fight was debilitating and in the second Castillo fight Corrales was
torched... the next guy that gets home to his chin will stop him...
that's my prediction... he's on borrowed time...

Corrales can punch, no doubt, but he will always be a solid fighter, but not
a superstar.

I'll take Juan Diaz to beat Corrales comfotably if they fight.

Scar TKO
