#1: Wilson Golf Customer Service

Posted on 2006-06-09 19:01:11 by Martyn

I split the rain hood on my Wilson Staff Bag, so I thought I'd see how much
a replacement would be and the nice people at Wilson are sending me a
replacement free of charge - now that's what I call customer service, can't
praise them enough. I'm still using Ping irons tho!

That's nice to hear.

I had similar service from Titleist some years ago now, when the card holder
on my Titleist trolley broke.
I telephoned them and received a replacement free of charge the very next
day.

My swing is broken. Who do I call for a replacement?
