There is a curse in this world, far greater, that hangs dark shadow
over everything, a dark rumor that mars even the greatest celebrations,
yet everyone fears to openly confront it since it seems to be a growing

served as the chief defining characteristic of the Second Wave era of
Toffler (Third Wave:

course, makes it no less a strange irony that in the addendum to the
Tofflierian trilogy, Toffler raises the "Genie out of the Bottle"
issue, yet reveals no way out.
The central creeds of the Second Wave (a.k.a. the Steel Age or
Industrial Era) were Centralization, Standardization, a
one-size-fits-all Massification of everything from education,
transportation, power, government, etc. Sitting atop this, as the
crowning glory of this era was the Old World Order of nation-states
presided over by the gentleman's club of nation-states, the UN. The
primacy of the nation-state was a central feature of this era.
The efficacy of a nuclear weapon repends critically on the premise of
geography. To attack an enemy with a nuclear bomb requires first and
foremost that there actually BE a place to attack -- a clearly defined
geography, a place where you can say "they live here" or "most who live
here are they".
Without that, the key enabler of the Genie is gone. A good case in
point is Israel and Palestine. Apart from efforts to separate out the
two peoples and building a wall between them, the two peoples' are
mixed together like black and white in marble. If Iran, for instance,
were to strike its mortal enemy with a nuclear weapon, it would, in the
process, also destroy its chief ally and render its ally's homeland
uninhabitable, to boot. Both peoples' are one anothers' human shields
against attack by any and all, except for those who may have both as
enemies.
As long as people are identified with a place, as long as nations are
defined by geography and couched in the geographic Old World Order of
nation-states, the Genie will remain alive and will continue to grow.
In the process, it will destroy this Order -- not in the distant
future, but soon. The leaky container is already spilt.
The chicken's about to come home to roost and the Old World of the
Second Wave will completely pass away.
The United States laid forth, as one of its central principles, the
complete unfettered freedom of movement and commerce amongst the
various states comprising the federal union. Apart from the obvious
reason for doing this, there were several other important reasons,
little-discussed, which are now of central relevance once again -- only
this time on the world stage.
Complete unfettered freedom of movement is the most sure guarantor
against tyranny. Though the Constitution required every state to be a
Republic, the issue remained that had any one of them become a tyranny,
then with complete freedom of movement, its people could have simply
got up and left to better pastures. The tyranny would fall overnight,
because there simply wouldn't be anybody left to rule over. This was
amply demonstrated in 1990, when East Germany sprung leaks in its
border-container: leaks called Poland and Czechoslovakia.
A fundamental right of ALL humans on this planet is the complete
freedom to move to any place on this Earth or off of it. There can be
no compromise on this issue: history will force the issue through the
threat of the Genie. As long as people remained cooped up in their
enclaves their enclaves will be Bulls Eyes. By hook or crook, the Genie
out of the Bottle will eventually fall into the hands of those avowed
against everything that enclave stands for, who will wipe it out.
One way or the other, they will all be gone. It is not your choice. It
is History's Choice. History makes the world and makes people; not the
other way around. There is no free will in the affairs of this world,
other than what the power of historical inevitability ordains.
A greater world awaits us in the new era of the Third Wave that will
transcend the pettiness of its current geographic prison and bring
democracy to all and a prosperity 1000's of times larger than the mere
earthbound economy of a nation-state. And if nobody else is appointed
the task of leading the way, I will.

Still propping up the same old suspects and blaming them for all of
America's troubles, I see. You have the wrong suspects. The blacks and
hispanics are but dupes in the game. The friction between whites and the
aforementioned groups is a ruse to divert attention from the true
enemies of america. Look to the Rising Sun. And I DON"T mean the North
Koreans, either.
