Nathan Bedford Forrest (1821, RIP) - Confederate General, father of the
modern day Ku Klux Klan. Farva will be taking the day off to celebrate
this 'great' man's birth. Be sure to blow out the crosses on the cake,
asshat.
Bob Crane (1928 RIP) - Played Col. Robert Hogan on "Hogan's Heroes",
died under bizarre circumstances. This is brought to light in the
movie "Auto Focus".
Jack Kemp (1935) - Former quarterback of the Buffalo Bills, went on to
a career in politics, becoming a Congressman from New York and was Bob
Dole's running mate in the 1996 Presidential election.
Paul Prudhomme (1940) - Cajun chef that went on to fame as the purveyor
of a line of sauces and seasonings, as well as being an oversized stunt
double for Dom DeLuise.
Patrick Stewart (1940) - Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise
from "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and its subsequent movies. More
recently portrayed Professor Xavier in the X-Men movies.
Harrison Ford (1942) - Han Solo. The "Blade Runner". Indiana Jones.
Jack Ryan. The President in "Air Force One". Need I say more?
Erno Rubik (1944) - Hungarian professor that created the Rubik's Cube,
among several other games.
Cheech Marin (1946) - One half of the stoner comic team Cheech and
Chong, went on to a fairly successful career outside of the duo with a
co-starring role on "Nash Bridges" and a role in "Tin Cup".
Tony Kornheiser (1948) - Sports columnist for the Washington Post and
current host of "Pardon The Interruption" on ESPN. This fall, he will
be the third man in the booth during "Monday Night Football" on ESPN.
Happy Birthday wishes also go out to...
Akira Hokuto (1967) - Former WCW women's champion and one of Japan's
greats, winning the All Pacific title twice and the CMLL title as well,
Also held the WWWA and AAAW tag titles in her career. Retired in 2002
to settle down and be Mrs.Kensuke Sasake.
Sean Waltman (1972) - The Lightning Kid. The 1-2-3 Kid. X-Pac. Syxx.
Syxx-Pac. Joanie Laurer's bitch. Beat Razor Ramon in one of his
first matches, and his career has fallen ever since. Held tag title
gold several times with different partners, The WCW Cruiserweight belt
once and the TNA X Division belt once. Now teamed up with MTV with its
"Wrestling Society X" show .

Today is a very balanced day. The KKK and X-Pac on one end, Jean-Luc
Picard and Han Solo on the other. If I had a birthday today, I
wouldn't know what to think.
