This is the story of why I had an ebay problem.
It is being circulated around by one of my enemies that I was kicked
off Ebay. This is true. They are saying I was a fraud, this is not
true. I was never a seller there, just a buyer. For 3 years my record
was perfect, prompt pays after every buy. My current balance now showed
I owe by Ebay is zero.
So I never sold anything and took the money and did not deliver it,
that would have been fraud.
Everything I have sold has now been shipped including all that I owe on
the contests on this fourm.
My pay pal account is in tact and is verified and has square trade
extra insurance with it.
This spring I bought about 15 items worth about $3000. I paid for the
most expensive ones. The last 6 items where all books, mostly about $20
involving 3 sellers. I had the money to pay for them and my credit card
on file has a $25,000 credit limit. You will remember at that time, I
had an injury, then an operation and went off line for over a month.
Those last 6 transactions were all won by me and I did not pay for any
of them. Nor did I respond to the sellers. I thought that the way it
worked is they would just automatically take the money out of my
account and complete the purchases. I was wrong. They issued me 6
strikes which by the rules threw me off. I have resolved those issues
and several of the strikes have been removed.
This is the actual Ebay notice:
We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due
to your current feedback score and transaction history. Under Section 4
of the eBay User Agreement, buyers who fail to complete transactions
are not permitted to trade on the eBay site.

Yes this action is correct and yes I do deserve to be suspended. I have
applied to be reinstated but I have been told Ebay usually does not
grant mercy in these cases.
The point is there is no fraud here. Nobody lost a dime. I cheated no
one. I have followed up with each seller and each one just sold the
item to the next highest bidder. Nobody got hurt. I have contacted each
of the sellers and offered to buy the item again which non still had
and offered each one a free $29 DVD to say sorry I caused you a
problem. I have apologized, that is all I can do. There was no
dishonesty involved, just my stupidity.

LIAR. Fast Liarry was online when his winning auctions expired. 4
auctions expired on April 17 or 19th. FAST LIARRY WAS POSTING ON RSB
ON THOSE DATES. Someone should notify EBAY...

its no lie he is active and his account has been reinstated because he
did not defraud or cheat any one, which the pathetic pathological lying
