I dont think that tGP was talking about fucking "fred" .... Isnt
normally ok for a young lad to shag who he wants too? You certainly dont
seem to see too many 14 year old chavs being bunged into the vaseline
division at strangeways for knocking up the local 15 yr old Vicky Pollard..

I'm hoping that Brent was referring to fred being under the age of
consent to engage in such activities in general. I'm strictly not in
favour of naval practices.
In the recent Scottish case of the pregnant 12 year old the 15 year old
culpable has just been charged with rape. God knows what good that will
do though. It is statutory rape to engage in sexual activity with a girl
under the age of 16 in the UK. Interestingly the same charge doesn't
seem to apply to the girl if it was the boy who was led astray.
