| A little help please! [message #1034985] |

I have been reading this group for several months now, mostly for golf
information (kinda like watching wrestling to see an athletic event). I have
given up on the possibility of any post providing me with information that
would be beneficial to my golf game, but I find myself trying to follow the
soap opera that is RSG.
It appears that before and after an official RSG event the drama is in full
swing. My problem is that I am trying to follow this without knowing who is
an a..hole and who is a good guy. So I was hoping that someone could help me
understand the cast of characters here in RSG.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Dc,
You have presented us an insurmountable problem. There are no bad guys
here at RSG. :-) I think there may be one or two who think of
themselves as 'bad' guys, but they probably lie on their scorecards too,
so they don't count. :-)
I played with some of these characters last October (and met others) and
would not hesitate to tee it up with any of them again. That includes
the guy I really did not want to meet, and he shall remain nameless. I
thought he'd be a royal pain in the butt, but he turned out to easy to
chat with and an okay guy.
What we have here is a bunch of guys who play golf with varying degrees
of skill and luck, with many diverse opinions, some of which cause
friction from time to time. Sit back, open up a beer and enjoy the ride.
It can get heavy at times, but you are under no obligation to read all
posts or comment on them.
Welcome to RSG.
Cheers Lee O.

That's a good strategy.

You don't really need help at all. But if there's any doubt, the 2nd reply
to you (calling you a sheep) that would be one of the jerks.

Obviously it wasn't me, I'm a royal pain in the butt in person as well as
here.

That's what makes me so great! I'm the same remarkably tactless person in
the flesh that I am here. God it's good to be me, and you all suck,
especially the psychopaths and nutcases. Oh, and Annika who is in a league
by him/herself.
