.... and his own scores in the "player" column of the card.
They both then sign the card (as it happens correctly as "player" and
"marker") and leave the area. So the player is effectively attesting to
the marker's scores for that card, not his own.
I realise it makes no difference where each signs (Decision 6-6b/1), but
in the light of the Parnevik/Roe incident and subsequent Decision
6-6d/4, should the Committee cross out "marker" and substitute "player",
and accept the card?

As in the Decision, this is merely an administrative error by the players.
Given that both players have signed each card,and have therefore
properly/effectively attested to their own score and that of their
marker, according to the Decision I believe that the Committee should
simply amend the 'player' name on each card.
It looks like an identical situation to the Parnevik/Roe incident to me!
