Not sure, but I would guess 8-5-2001, Sea [at] Cle, Sea blew a 12-0 lead...

On September 4th 2002, Oakland blew a 3rd inning 11-0 lead vs. Kansas
City, but still won. KC nibbled back and tied it in the top of the
9th, only to have Oakland score once in the bottom of the ninth to win
12-11. The significance of the game is that it was Oakland's 20th
consecutive win during their record streak in 2002.
