Do you think Jono Gibbes is in negotiations with the Ospreys as a
negotiating ploy to increase his value in NZ, or is there a real
possibility of him heading to the Liberty stadium?

Given that he won't play for the AB's again, some foreign coin for a few
years is a good idea for you both.

We've been very remiss in not reciprocating with lessons in good grace,
unfortunately.

Yeah but be fair Martyn, you've had no opportunity to practice it since
1953. How will we ever learn?

That sounds like fighting talk. Are the real welsh going to turn up in
the Autumn?. I thought you guys were in terminal decline. (honest
question)

Well, we've appointed a Romany Prince as our national coach, but the
first team looks like it's getting back to full fitness.
Our autumn series looks like this:
November 4th Wales v Australia.
November 11th Wales v Pacific Islands
November 18th Wales v Canada
November 25th Wales v New Zealand
Should be a great autumn. We expect the convicts to want some payback
for losing to our seconds last year and the Pacific Islands could be
fun, or maybe not. Canada will be a chance to give our young players a
run out - and they're always the best drinkers. Then there's the whole
point of the year: the ABs. We should know a little bit more about
Gippo Jenkins by then and my expectation is that we will be a lot
closer to our form of 2004/05 than the annus horribilis of 2005/06. I
think we'll give you a game.
