| HC blunder lets Auguste play in Final [message #1005543] |

Benoit Auguste's citing for eye-gouging Danny Grewcock in the HC
semifinal has been thrown out because the HC organizers couldn't read
the rules properly. The rules say that the citing commissioner and the
match referee must come from different countries, but both John West,
the commissioner, and Alain Rolland, the referee, are Irish.
So Auguste will be free to play in the HC Final against Munster on
May20, where it is my fond hope that some large Munsterman administers
the kind of justice he deserves, and which the HC Tournament organizers
were too incompetent to deliver.
Who says crime doesn't pay?
