Thomas decides to play at Duke
Recruit turns down hometown Rutgers
Lance Thomas said he didn't decide on where he was going to college
until 15 minutes before his announcement Thursday afternoon, but the
6-foot-8 basketball star said he is totally convinced that Duke is the
right school for him.
Thomas is a McDonald's All-American selection and ranked as the No. 18
prospect in the country by recruiting Dave Telep of Scout.com.
