You've done it again so I may as well be first. Well done mate!
Dat and Joe are fighting for the 1.2cm trophy while me Mikey and Sid peck
away in a 4th place floppy fight-off stylee.
I want 4th so I'm very tense. Can you rub my back Mike?

According to <strikeboy [at] hotmail.com>:

Is it meant to be stuck onto the bottom of this trophy:

Yes well done. God knows how you've managed it two years in a row. Are
you going to try for 3 in a row? We'll have to give you the trophy
permanently then and rename it Sprouty's Bitch or something.
Joe had a lovely rampant run in the last couple of weeks too, but it was
a little too late to challenge you properly.

I'm massively chuffed with this. I guess my 2-week old team was slightly
better than Sid's and Mikey's. At the start of the season I only really
wanted to beat Cypher's Offsiders. And man were they offside this season.
I fear this might well be my limit though, I was pretty average for the
last 6-8 weeks. Sid has potential, given a whole season without drug
running and he could well win the thing.

Yes. Congratulations Sprouty!

Poor Joe. But, I think he likes being a bridesmaid.

You did a great job. Last season was my first in the League (I think) so I
am reasonably happy with my position. It hurts to lose a Champions' League
spot but I wouldn't have anyone else getting it. Congratulations.

Even if I did my quitting work thing, I think I'd forget to change teams in
about 20% of the weeks. But, thanks for the sentiment.
Sid
