The NBA suspended Raja Bell (Pho) for 1 game for throwing Kobe Bryant
(LAL) to the ground during Tuesday's Pho-LAL game.
The NBA fined Dirk Nowitzki (Dal) $15,000 and assessed him a flagrant foul
level 2 for throwing an elbow at the chest of Pau Gasol (Mem) during
Monday's Dal-Mem game.
Elgin Baylor (LAC) was named as Executive of the Year, as voted on by the
GMs.

The NBA released the official list of underclassmen (63) and foreign
players under 22 (30) who declared themselves eligible for the NBA draft.
These players can remove their name from the draft up to June 17. The
NBA draft is June 27.
