What great hall of fame fighter did Duran beat as a lightweight?

No lightweight wanted anything to do with Aaron Pryor, that is why he moved up to Junior welterweight. Aaron Pryor definitely punched harder than Frankie Randal. Thomas Hearns, Antonio Cervantes, Dujuan Johnson, or Alexis Arguello could not hurt Aaron Pryor. No lightweight or Junior welterweight could hurt Aaron Pryor.

I know he outboxed Hearns in the amateurs but Hearns would most
certainly have hurt him if a Welterweight Hearns caught him flush. I
agree that Pryor was an all time great. But do you really think Pryor
could have beaten Ray Leonard?

Arguello was a great puncher for a featherweight and brought it up as a
very sharp solid puncher to lightweight but was totally maxed out at
140. That having been said, he hurt Pryor but not enough to KO him
obviously. Pryor I'm sure is still suffering from those punches, just
as Ali is still suffering from the punches Shaver's landed on him.
Having a great chin is a two edged sword.

What a load of shit. While I loved Aaron Pryor, Dujuan Johnson definitely
put the hurt on Aaron.

Hey, you made it look like you were responding to me. I said Duran
would beat Pryor. Anonymous dude is the one you disagree with.
