Well, this was certainly a step up from the dross of Bath-Biarritz.
Immense forward display from Munster, slightly disappointingly nervous
one from Leinster. However, a game full of passion, confrontation,
endeavour - everything you want in a game bar a little more ambition
outside the scrum. O'Connell was magnificent, and it will take more than
Auguste's eye gouging or Bentsen's tripping to stop him.
For the good of the game, here's hoping for repeat on May 20, unless
Biarritz can find an ambition that has been totally lacking in their HC
games so far.

Yep, congrats Munster, stunning performance... Leinster were the justified
scarecrow of this competition. They felt from high... I personnally prefer
Leinster style. Their win in Toulouse will still be celebrated in 250 years.
But Munster remain a rock. If maybe an irish team should win the HC, it's
Munster for sure. How many brilliant wins over their past campaigns ? How
many massive blows as well ?
Problem for the Irish guys is that Biarritz are on their rise. And William,
believe it or not, ambition for B.O is just to win. Whatever it takes to
land 8 penalties and 3 drop goals. Munster are not a side you can easily
score tons of tries... And I assume Munster are in the same mood...

Agreed, but one thing that cannot be allowed to happen again is the
dross of that Toulouse-Stade Francais final of last year. So much talent
gone to waste, and such a poor showcase for the game.

Fantastic game, even though I'm a Leinster man. Munster were brilliant,
passionate, played as a TEAM, everything that Leinster were not. I
wonder how long the petulant BO'D will hold his Leinster and Irish
captaincy for? And Contepomi? He fucking bottled it.

well, don't expect much from Biarritz. As Donnie said, I've never seen
such a pragmatic French side.

Yes, well after hearing Lagisquet whine after the Bath game, a Munster
win by 30+ points would serve him right.

It was a surprise for me, I watched Glasgow beat Munster fairly easily
earlier this season, we even did them away as well...
Should be a good final though.
