I find it to be most common amongst Daily Mail readers..........
with those who prefer the literary style of the Daily Express coming in a
close second.

Thank goodness most redtop readers still think golf is for the toffs and
deferentially confine themselves to the odd round of crazy golf or at
worst a seaside pitch &putt.
