Now it appears Beilein's the only guy left on the list.
The faithful are going to love a mediocre recruiter devoted
to a Princeton style office.
Apparently no contact was ever made with Derek
Whittenburg.

How about one of the peripatetics? Larry Brown? Rick Pitino?

I hear they're going to hire Josh McRoberts.

Nearly as bizarre, now the N&O is reporting
Phil Ford is in the mix. If Fowler hires Ford without
even talking to Whittenburg, he's going to get
lynched.

If Phil Ford takes any job at NCSU, he's going to get lynched.

*Burp*
I hereby nominate Phil Ford as official driver of the
NCSU athletic departmental. Seating is first come first

Quinn Snyder! Jay Bilas would be a better choice though.
He's scouted almost every decent team.

I vote for the General. He already has lots of red to wear, and people are
used to seeing him in it. Talk about having someone to stand up to Roy and
K.

But that would make an Evil Triumvirate...wait, I like it.
The triangle would rule over college basketball like Sauron.

Apparently this story is just Ford campaigning
for the job. NC State has no interest.

Seems reasonable, given NCSU's relatively high level of searching thus far.

Hell if red is what you're after might as well offer it
to Red Auerbach. Oh shit, but the RBS is non-smoking, isn't it?
