I have been running for many years and have always avoided specific hill
training. I think it's time!
Any suggestions on a program?

What are your objectives and background? Are you looking for strength,
strength endurance, speed, ability to run up mountains, training for a
specific race, ...? What distances are you usually dealing with or
wanting to target?
