I'm sure you still are.
I feel so good about myself relative to all the fat pigs out

Any help you might have actually wanted out of this group just went out
the window. From now on, you'll just be considered a complete sh**head.

Luckily, Im at the point where Im no longer a TAKER of advice ;I am a
GIVER of advice. Thank you very much.
There is nothing wrong with making fun of people who are not fit. For
me, it is the whole point of running.

No, the point is personal health, appearance, increase levels of
dopamine prevent depression.
If you need to insult other, that's your shortcoming not theirs.
I was in great shape through hard work. They a serious car crash
outlawed running, biking and weight training for over a year. I gained
weight and it was frustrating. Now I'm running and the weight is coming
off. But other than being hurt and in pain, I was the same person. You,
in space or out of shape have tremendous insecurities.

ROFLMAO!
OK, now that I've stopped laughing....that took a while, man that was
funny..hee hee...us ask you for advice...hahaha, oh, I'm laughing
again....LOL!!...oh someone stop me....
OK, no more laughing....seeing that NO ONE in here has ever or will
ever ask you for advice, let me ask you for some.
How did you get through your first marathon? How about your second and
third marathons, were they different than your first? Or your 10th
marathon, how was that one?
How about all those ultras you do? Are they going well? How was your
weekly 20 mile run? You see, you have nothing to offer anyone except on
how not to act. Rather sad.
