Houston signed Chucky Hayes for the rest of the season and elected not to
sign John Lucas for the rest of the season.
Seattle signed Mateen Cleaves to a 10-day contract and placed Rick Brunson
on IL.
Maurice Williams (Mil) is expected to be out 2 weeks with a sprained left
ankle.
Washington activated Peter John Ramos and placed Awvee Storey on IL.
New Orleans activated Bostjan Nachbar.
Memphis activated Antonio Burks and placed Lawrence Roberts on IL.
San Antonio activated Manu Ginobili and Robert Horry and placed Sean Marks
and Melvin Sanders on IL.
Dallas activated Marquis Daniels and placed Devin Harris on IL with a
strained right shoulder.
