preferably a free download, or what do ppl use here?

Hi, if you are playing in the UK there is a really good site for storing
all of your golf scores and it calculates your handicap if you don't
already have one.
It is a subscription service but you can try it for free for a couple of
months and without giving any credit card details either.

Well I am actually in Thailand, expat from the UK.
That seems like a good site, but seems to be undeveloped at present, it
claims to be global, but clearly it is not yet

Thanks for your feedback Mike,
if you enter three rounds into the system it will calculate your
handicap for you.... plus all the charts and graphs become more useful
the more data you enter.
The site is relatively new hence bits not being populated but it is
continually being updated.
Sport England and the EGU have just got involved with this so things
should gain momentum now.
Hope your weather is better than ours.
