A home owner association can nail you for a $1.98. They will fine you for
breaking the rules and then lien your property unless you pay the fine. You
won't be able to find a lawyer since all the lawyers in town know the HA is
right and you aren't. The reason the lawyer knows the HA is right is they
have represented folks buying and selling in the community and have read the
rules.
