I don't know. But I can tell you that a dear friend of mine, who died last
year after a long battle with cancer, was a radio station program director
of some repute for many years, and was named Black Programmer of the Year
one year for his work programming K104, the number one Urban (R&B) radio
station in Dallas Ft. Worth.
He was white.
Didn't seem to ruffle any feathers at all. (Though it did give his many
friends ample fodder to kid him.)

I do not know who either of you are, but you should look before you
post. This message was cross posted to backcountry and equestrian
groups as well as golf. it has nothing to do with any of these
subjects.
Agent (the newsreader, not the Homeland security staff person) will
warn you if you are posting to more than one group.
